Global Missions

around the world

Our call to mission goes far beyond our local community and extends to every people group on the planet. Through our involvement in Missions to the World (MTW), we have partnered with 27 missionary families in 18 countries around the world. In addition to prayer and financial provision, we hold an annual missions conference and receive regular visits from our missionaries in order to heighten our awareness of God’s work across the globe.

outside our local community

This is an opportunity to serve places of need that are outside our local community, that seeks to assist in an area of need, while exposing our students and adults to new and unique opportunities for service. These annual opportunities range from medical assistance in Costa Rica, to outreach to children in Atlantic City.

Mercy Ministries

supporting the poor

Jesus made it clear that poverty will be a struggle of this world until He returns. However, this is not an excuse to turn a blind eye and ignore those in need around us. Therefore, through the direction of our deacons, we are committed to giving special care to the weak and poor by offering immediate assistance when appropriate, while working to address the deeper concerns that will help in the long term.

church planting

The most significant way that we can serve our region is through starting new churches: we call this church planting.  In fact, one prominent church leader writes, “The vigorous, continual planting of new congregations is the single most crucial strategy for 1) the numerical growth of the Body of Christ in any city, and 2) the continual corporate renewal and revival of the existing churches in a city. Nothing else–not crusades, outreach programs, para-church ministries, growing mega-churches, congregational consulting, nor church renewal processes–will have the consistent impact of dynamic, extensive church planting.”[i]

Our newest church is Kings Cross Church which recently began worship services in Robbinsville, New Jersey.    Please take a moment and look at their website and if you are in the area join them for worship. https://www.kingscrossnj.org/

Interested in planting?

We are presently looking for qualified church planters who will recapture God’s vision and mission for starting, growing and multiplying churches in our region, that will result in the lasting transformation of individuals, families and cultures to the glory of God.

jubilee preschool

serving young families

Since 1987, Jubilee has been serving the young families in our local area. Jubilee provides an opportunity for preschool children to experience their first steps away from home in a loving, Christian, and academically sound environment. Our teachers recognize that each child is unique with special gifts to share. Our professional staff provides an exciting environment where children can develop through a variety of experiences.

Jubilee’s mission is to provide a preschool that serves children in a safe and nurturing environment providing age appropriate learning experiences. Our goal is to enrich the efforts of the home while promoting growth for the whole child: physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual. It is of primary importance to match educational efforts with the developmental readiness of children. In doing so, each child is working within his or her abilities and is therefore able to experience success and to develop positive feelings about themselves.
